The series was created in 1984 by legendary Master Distiller Barry Crockett, who personally selected the whiskeys for each annual vintage and signed every bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach release is a carefully composed blend of Midleton’s single pot still and single grain Irish whiskeys, selected from some of the distillery’s finest stocks and predominantly matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks.
