Fino, traditionally made from Palomino grapes and matured under a protective layer of flor, is considerably drier and more delicate than the richer styles of sherry more commonly associated with Scotch whisky maturation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBottled at 43%, Glenmorangie described the resulting whisky as combining “great finesse” with a balance of strength and delicacy.
