Dating from an earlier era of SMWS bottlings, it carries the Society’s classic Vaults label and predates the descriptive cask names that would become a familiar feature of later releases.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCaol Ila has long been particularly well suited to independent bottling, with its clean, maritime and smoky distillate developing beautifully at cask strength.
